Does this BCG comes with the Spike Tactical Logo.?

The standard modes will have the logo lasered into the front of the carrier while the lightweight model will not have the logo engraved.

Is this a full auto bolt carrier and will it work with the rare breed frt trigger

Regardless of the carrier being semi-auto cut or full-auto cut as long as the trigger is meant to go in an AR-15 lower receiver then it will work with any standard carrier.
