The TLR-1 HL-X is supposed to be 1,500 lumens, and 20,000 candela. Why is this only 1,000 lumens? Is it the Chinese knock off version or what?

It is only 1,500 lumens when you use the sl-b9 rechargeable streamlight battery. With a standard cr123A, it only provides the light with 1,000 lumens

1500 lumens when using the rechargeable batteries, this model ships with CR123A batteries

No its different body than the HL unfortunately
