No, it fits only the firearms listed:

"Designed to securely attach to the trigger guard of the following subcompact pistols: GLOCK®, Smith & Wesson® M&P Shield™, KAHR® Arms, SIG SAUER® and Kimber® Micro."

Unfortunately, no Taurus products.

Will this fit mossberg mc2sc ?

The Streamlight TLR-6 LED Weapon Light is not compatible with the Mossberg MC2sc. You will actually be able to use lights designed for the proprietary P365 rail like the TLR-7 Sub, found by using the link below:

This Streamlight TLR-6 LED Weapon Lights, Combo Pack includes a red LED/laser module and select TLR-6 body housing.
