This is an IR light.

There is no such thing as “visible IR”. Infrared light by definition is not visible to the human eye. You will need a night vision device that is capable of picking up the IR wavelength to is the IR light and laser for this light. On the other hand, there is a white light feature on this light (300 lumens) that is visible with the naked eye. Not sure what you mean by “illuminated scope”.

“Visible Ir” is not possible for the unaided human eye. If you are asking for a friend (“man’s best friend” that is), It does produce visible Ir for dogs. The only way for you to see the infrared spectrum is with some variety of NVD or camera sensor.
