is this compatible with their Strike Industries ambidextrous mag release or other generic ambi mag release?

The Strike Industries AR Modular Magazine Release is compatible with all Milspec style AR pattern magazine releases. It will not work with oversized magazine releases. It will be compatible with the Strike Industires Ambi release.

Would this fit on ar10 jd machine lower

The Strike Industries AR Modular Magazine Release should fit your AR10 lower. Generally, the AR10 platform, both DPMS and Armalite, will accept AR15 mag release buttons and mag release springs. So you should not have an issue fitting this mag release to your lower.
