What size adaptor is needed to mount to a MLOK rail?

This Cobra Tactical Fore Grip is designed to mount directly to standard 1913 Picatinny rails and is not made to attach to M-LOK rails, so no adaptor size applies. If you need M-LOK compatibility, you would need Strike Industries LINK Cobra Fore Grip, which is a separate product built for M-LOK and KeyMod rails.

Will this fit a Grand Power Stribog SP9A3? I just ordered a Stribog and it has pic rails but I believe it’s slightly shortened on the bottom.

Yes. The Strike Industries Cobra Tactical Ergonomic Fore Grip is 4 inches long and will be able to fit the picatinny rail on the underside of the Stribog SP9A3.

This is for picatinny rails, so you would have to add a rail section to your MLOK or KeyMod handguard.
