The Strike Industries GridLok Handguard Complete Assembly is not compatible with most piston systems.

The Oppressor Universal will not tuck into the Gridlok. It can be used if you have enough clearance between the barrels threads and the front of the handguard.

Yes, the Strike Industries GridLok Handguard will be compatible with a Bear Creek Arsenal side charging AR15 upper receiver.

If I have a 7.5 barrel will the 8” hand guard be an issue?

As long as you can fit your muzzle device withing the handguard you should not have any issues. The internal diameter is 1.57" so use a muzzle device/blast can that does not exceed 1.57" in outside diameter.

What length barrel do I need to have the muzzle threads flush with the end of the 8.5" handguard?

Well if you want the muzzle of the barrel flush with the 8.5" Strike Industries GridLok Handguard Complete Assembly you will need an 8.5" barrel. If you want the the barrel threads to protrude past the end of the Strike Industries GridLok Handguard Complete Assembly that will depend on what barrel you use. However, must barrels that are threaded have a threaded portion that is .600"-1".

No, it is not. The inside diameter, at the widest point, which is the very front of the handguard, is 1.57"

No, they would not be compatible: per Gibbz: * Upper not compatible with hand guards featuring anti-rotation tabs without modification. *
