How many M-LOK sections would this require to use all 3 in the standard configuration?

This will require 3 MLOK slots in full configuration. Each MLOK slot is 32mm long (with 8mm in between each slot for a total of 40mm), while each piece of these are 40mm long. Each piece will take up one slot.
