Will this Megafin get in the way of an ambi safety?

It should not interfere with most ambi safeties, BUT it will be completely dependent on the safety and how large the levers are.

The inside is hollow but it does not come with any sort of plug.

No, this is a complete AR grip replacement and the grip on the Tavor cannot be replaced with a standard AR grip.
