Will this device fit H&K P2000 v3.

This will only mount on a picatinny rail or on a gun pre-cut for optics. If you do not already have an optic mount on your P2000, it will not mount to your gun.

Can the holosun hs 510c be mounted with this?

The Holosun 510C has a unique mounting footprint and will not mount to the Strike Industries REX - Reflex Exoskeleton.

Are these all sold with the 2020+ revision thumbscrew? (No hex wrench hole) or is some stock still using the old screws?

The REX will not include the old thumb screw with the hex wrench hole. Since updated, we do not keep inventory of the old model thumb screw with a hex wrench hole.

Yes, the Strike Industries REX is compatible with Docter pattern optics such as the Burris Fastfire, Docter, Vortex Viper, Vortex Venom, etc.

Can this work on an arisaka offset mount?

The Strike Industries REX mounts to picatinny rail. So it will not mount to an Arisaka Defense Offset Optic Plate. However, the offset mount at the link below might work with the Strike Industries REX.
