Description says aluminum construction at 0.5 oz, but website from manuf says steel at 0.9 oz. Are there 2 different models or what's the deal?

I apologize, there was an error on my last response. The mounts is made from Aluminum and weights 0.9oz.

The SI-G-SURF is compatible with GLOCK™ GEN3-5, Models 17-39. The Glock 19 Gen5 will work with the G SURF.

The Strike Industries Scorpion Universal Reflex Mount is compatible with Glocks gen 3-5, models 17-39. Although Strike Industries does not say if this will work with the retro model, it should fall into the gen 1 category and not be compatible.

few comments people say this mount will not accept the Leupold delta pro. Please confirm this mount will attach to my Glock 20 Gen 3 & the pro delta?

It goes into the rear dovetail so it will fit your glock. The Delta Point Pro has the same footprint as the shield and romeo so it should work.

As for the SURF mount, it should fit as the Romeo uses the Shield footprint.

Yes, this will mount optics such as the Vortex optics that utilize the Docter/Noblex footprint, among others.

Will this plate work with a Holoson507k x2 site on a Glock 32?

This mount will not accept the Holosun 407/507k-X2 optics as it is not made for their mounting footprint, but it will accept the Holosun 407/507C-X2 and 508 optics that share the Trijicon RMR footprint. It is compatible with Glock Gen's 3-5, Models 17-39.

Is this legal for USPSA?

USPSA rules are frequently changing, and the use of optics is dependent on the Division in which you are participating. It would be best to speak with your USPSA Range Master on using this mount for competition, or refer to the USPSA Competition Rules.
