This brace was only designed to be used with the MPX/MCX.
The MPX/MCX stabilizer was not designed to be used on the CMMG Dissent.
The Strike Industries MPX/MCX Stabilizer has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I would recommend a 1913 brace adapter like the JMac Customs AB-8 Arm Bar with Brace Adapter and 1913 Folding Mech, found by using the link below:

That PDW model was disgned specifically for the Sig MPX. This will not work with the Diamond back.
This is a pistol stabilizing brace.
Strike Industries states the following fit information:
Compatibility: Rated only for use on Sig Sauer MPX/MCX firearms. Mounts directly to picatinny rail sections.
They make no mention of the unique set up on the Copperhead where the bars are returned on the receiver. I would recommend reaching out to Strike Industries directly to verify whether they have tested fitment. Here is their contact information:

No, this is not compatible with the Ruger Charger or any of the Ruger firearms. This is only meant for the MCX/MPX Sig Sauer firearms.
