Would this work worth the Aim Sports top rail? Or would it interfere?

The Strike Industries VOA will most likely not work with the AIM Sports top rail due to the high sides of the Strike forend.

No, the Strike Industries Valor of Action 10 M-Lok Handguard is only compatible with 12-gauge models of the Remington 870.

Yes, the Strike Industries Valor of Action 10 M-Lok Handguard for Remington 870 should work fine with a Remington TAC 14.

Does this come with the tool to remove the handguard? Forend nut?

The Strike Industries Valor of Action 10 M-Lok Handguard will only include the handguard itself and an Allen wrench required for installation. With the optional Remington heatshield, removal is required before use.

Yes it should, this is compatible with Remington 870 12 gauge shotguns. It is not compatible with the optional Remington heatshield, and removal is required before use.

Is this comparable with the H&R Pardner Pump?

The H&R Pardner Pump is a clone of the Remington 870, so this should fit. Since it is a clone and not a Remington 870, minor modification may be necessary for proper fitment.
