What size torque wrench should be 1/2 or 3/8

The SureFire 3 Prong Wrench is designed to work with a 1/2-inch drive ratchet or torque wrench for installation or removal of SOCOM 3-Prong flash hiders.

Will this work on any 3 prong flash hider

It is supposed to work on any Surefire 3 Prong Flash Hider. But I wouldn’t count on it working with other brands.
