No. The SureFire 600/900 Series Forend Weapon Light LED Conversion Bezel Assembly will only fit versions of these forend weapon lights:
617, 618, 620, 621, 623, 328, 628, 629, 636, 917, 918, 920, 923, 936

Will this product replace a Surefire shotgun forend light #A41447?

I see no reason why it wouldn't - as long as you select the correct version (one battery or two batteries). If you'd like to confirm, you can contact Surefire at 800-828-8809.
