Yes, this unit comes with a Surefire 18650 battery installed in the flashlight (mine was precharged) and a charging cable.

The manufacturer only states the lumen output for the SureFire M600DF Ultra Scout Light Dual Fuel LED Weapon Light. For the Candela rating of the SureFire M600DF Ultra Scout Light Dual Fuel LED Weapon Light I recommend contacting SureFire.

Does this light work directly into the dual “SureFire Scout/Insight SR09-D-IT Light + Laser Pressure Pad” or do I need an end cap also to able to use.

The SureFire M600DF Ultra Scout Light Dual Fuel LED Weapon Light will work with SureFire Scout/Insight SR09-D-IT Light + Laser Pressure Pad but you will need a compatible tail cap. The tail cap located at the link below should work.

yes, it comes with a USB micro cable that plugs into the battery but you have to plug the other end into a charger or any standard (large) USB port
