Does this bipod come with the stud adapter?

No. This Swagger SteelBanger Basic Bipod is designed to fit to standard picatinny/1913 rails. It will not attach to, or include a sling stud.

The height range is: 4-10.5" To mount to M-lok you would need an M-lok section of picatinny, as this uses picatinny to mount. This bipod does have the ability to cant, but it is because it employs a section of springs on the legs that allow flexibility, you can see this in the first picture. The third picture shows him having the legs at opposing extreme angles.

How many slots of pic-rail?

This bipod uses to bolts to attach to the picatinny, So you would need at least two slots but I think 3 would be more safe.
