Yes, the Swampfox 1-6 x 24 mm Rifle Scope will work well on a Kel-Tec RDB. The eye relief will be fine.

Swampfox Arrowhead LPVO 1-6X24 be used with Standard A.R. 15 front site post?

Yes you can use with your standard AR front sight post, you will need to mount this optic on a Cantilever mount for proper eye relief.
