Will this work with iron sights?

You would need to remove this mount and optic to use iron sights.

Is this 1.6 height high enough to see over a holosun iris 2 laser mounted on end of barrel

In most cases, yes. The 1.6" Hostile Engagement Mount generally provides a lower 1/3 co-witness style height that is typically sufficient to see over most laser housings mounted at the 12 o'clock position. Depending on your specific firearm and mounting location, you may still notice the laser body in the lower portion of your field of view, but it generally will not obstruct the aiming point.

Will this work with a vortex crossfire ll inch scope?

The Hostile Engagement Mount is available for 30mm and 34mm scope tubes. It will not fit a Crossfire II with a 1-inch tube.

I have a sightmark M Spec, will this work on the red dot mounting part? So basically will another red dot work on this besides the ones cut for RMR?

Unfortunately the Sightmark M Spec will not be compatible with the Swampfox Hostile Engagement Mount. The mount is designed for optics that utilize The RMR footprint like the Holosun HS407C, Holosun HS507C, Trijicon SRO, and the Swampfox Kingslayer to name a few.
