I have a sightmark M Spec, will this work on the red dot mounting part? So basically will another red dot work on this besides the ones cut for RMR?

Unfortunately the Sightmark M Spec will not be compatible with the Swampfox Hostile Engagement Mount. The mount is designed for optics that utilize The RMR footprint like the Holosun HS407C, Holosun HS507C, Trijicon SRO, and the Swampfox Kingslayer to name a few.
