Trying to install but can’t because there in not slot for buffer detent pin cut out

Our A1/A2 buffer tubes are to Mil-Spec standard therefore, buffer detent cutouts are not there. That is a new era design for 6 position buffer tubes only.

If you're asking about the "Trap Door", it's made of plastic, like 99% of all out there. Fulton Armory offers the A2 with metal door for $125 more. Bushmaster also offers the ones with metal doors.

The TacFire A2 AR-15/5.56 Fixed Stock Kit includes a Mil-spec buffer that weighs 5.15oz. and is 5.92" in length.

This stock kit fits all standard mil-spec lower receivers regardless of the length of your upper receiver.

Will this work with a 450 bushmaster?

The TacFire A2 AR-15/5.56 Fixed Stock Kit will fit any Mil-spec AR15 style lower receiver. Using this kit with 450 Bushmaster may require some tuning in terms of using a different spring or buffer, but out of the box it should fit and function fine.

Yes it will, depending on the load, adjustments in buffer weight and gas pressure might need to be tweaked.

Yes, it will. You would need to replace the buffer spring though. Here's a link to the 308 version of the kit that has the needed parts.
