(1) 6 position stock w/QD swivel & Butt pad
(1) Mil-Spec 6 Position Buffer Tube
(1) Carbine length buffer spring
(1) Regular End Plate
(1) 3 oz. Buffer

Yes. The Tacfire AR15 Buffer Tube Kit w/6 Position Stock & Buttpad includes a Mil-spec, carbine length buffer tube.

Can this kit be used on an AR-10 308?

As long as your lower receiver accepts standard AR buffer tubes then yes this kit will work, although you will most likely need to get a heavier buffer weight for your AR-10.
