What is the height of the aperture?

These are AR-15 iron sights and will likely have a height of approximately 1.41" as that is approximately the height of a standard AR-15 front sight height aperture from other companies, but unfortunately Tacfire does not provide specific information like that and you would need to reach out to them directly to verify the exact height of the rear aperture and front post.

Will these work on M-lock upper?

These will only mount to a picatinny rail. If you have a handguard that is entirely M-lok on top, then you will need to get some sort of adapter to be able to mount a front sight to it. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of your handguard to verify what options are available for their handguard.

These sights will fit any AR-15 upper that has a top rail and handguard that is on the same plane as the upper.
