This has the rubber coating correct? Also I will add a bull barrel but for now is OK to use with the standard barrel.

Yes. The Tactical Solutions Overmolded Stocks use the Hogue rubber molded material /coating. It is compatible with the 10/22 and X-Ring rifles and will work with your OEM barrel.

can this Stock aksept a 920 barrel

This stock is specifically designed to accept and allow the use of a .920 diameter 10/22 bull barrel.
