The Talley Riflescope Mounts that I would recommend for your setup is the High set rings designed to fit the Savage 93R17. Although, typically, with a 56mm objective lens we would recommend extra high rings. In this case, you may not have enough clearance for the objective lens. It may help to get a picatinny rail base and then use high rings to allow that little bit of extra clearance you would need.
