Yes. The TANDEMKROSS Fiber Optic Front Sight is compatible with your PT 111 as well as the PT 140 G2, TX 22, TX 22 competition, G2c, G2s, and G3.

I keep hearing about this sight needing proper washers. Don't they come with the sight?

The TANDEMKROSS Fiber Optic Front Sight will include a new screw for installation, as well as brass washer. As long as you install the sight using the included screw and washer, it will fit and function as intended.
