Will this work with the Trijicon RMR Sight 13 with RM33 Picatinny rail mount?

Yes. The TANDEMKROSS Shadow Picatinny Rail will secure to a Ruger MK II/III/IV and allow for any optic with a picatinny rail mount to fit.

If I use this on my Mark IV Hunter with a Vortex Venom red dot, will I be able to view my front sight through the groove with the Venom mounted?

It is unlikely you will be able to see the front sight. The sight will most likely be blocked by the base of the red dot sight.

Can u give me the dimensions for the screw hole locations on the mount? I have a MK1 with drilled and tapped holes.

The screw hole layout matches the layout for factory drilled and tapped Mark series pistols. From the rear sight to the muzzle, the distance between the first hole and 2nd hole is 1.855" and from the 2nd to the 3rd hole is .645". We provide #6-42 screws for factory tapped uppers. If your upper is aftermarket was tapped later to a different pitch you will need to source the needed mounting screws.
