No. These will only work with 30 or 40 round PMAGs.

Will this work with a 20rd Gen 3PMAG, or ONLY the 30 and 40 round PMAGS. I only have 20rd PMAG’s and I want to make sure this would fit.

The magazine extension should fit onto the 20 round PMAG. Unfortunately, we cannot speak to reliability as the difference in the magazine spring may cause problems.
