How about NVG night vision mounting? Will it take a wilcox mount? or what other options?

The Team Wendy EXFIL SAR Backcountry Helmet will not work with any Wilcox NVG mounts.

The Team Wendy EXFIL SAR Backcountry Helmets are a 1-size fits most fit using the Sport-Style Retention System and Zorbium Foam Comfort Liner.

Can you install the LTP Rail 3.0 on these as a retro fit?

No, it cannot. It is compatible with Team Wendy's SAR Rail Retrofit Kits. Some of these include the SAR Rails and Goggle Posts.

The 3.0 Rails are only compatible with the EXFIL LTP and EXFIL Carbon helmets or the EXFIL Ballistic helmets.

Does this helmet meet OSHA standards for safety equipment to include falls and items dropped from above?

They have not been tested for an Osha ANSI Z89.1 rating.
