I recommend contacting SportRack to confirm compatibility. They do not listed that model Highlander as being compatible.

Yes. The Sportrack Horizon L Cargo Box will have a lock located on the passenger side of the vehicle (when mounted correctly) and will include (2) keys.

The Sportrack Horizon L Cargo Box interior dimensions are 75.5″ x 33″ x 16.25″ or 192 cm x 83.5 cm x 41.5 cm. It features 16 cubic feet of cargo capacity.
