The Tiger Rock AR-10/LR-308 Hybrid Cut M-LOK Super Slim Handguard will fit DPMS pattern Low receivers. You DB10 requires a High profile DPMS handguard like the Midwest Industries DPMS 308 High Combat Rail M-LOK Handguard, linked below:

Will this line up with the PSA PA-10 gen 3 reciever?

No. The Tiger Rock AR-10/LR-308 Hybrid Cut M-LOK Super Slim Handguard is DPMS pattern, low height. The PSA PA10 Gen 3 uses the DPMS pattern barrel nut, 1-7/16" 16 TPI, but has a proprietary height rail that is slightly higher than DPMS low height handguards.

How much does the 18" handguard weigh? The 20"? What material is it made out of(I'm assuming aluminum?)? It is a FULL *8* position mlok setup, right?

The handguard is made of aluminum. Unfortunately, the weight is not available.
