The manufacturer states that the OpticsPlanet Exclusive Timney Triggers AR-15 Competition Trigger is for Mil-Spec AR15's. To be safe I recommend using the AR10 model that you can find here:

How do I know what trigger pin size I need?

Measure your pins with calipers. If your pins measure .154" you would need small pin and if your pins measure .169" you would need large pin.
