Will this trigger run in the HK SP5 WITHOUT modifications or is some fitting needed?

No. You would need to change out the safety selector and use a magpul grip module.

No, the Timney Triggers Heckler & Koch MP5 Trigger is not compatible with Ambi/Navy/FBI trigger packs or .22 clones, as they are completely different internally.

Yes, the Timney Triggers Heckler & Koch MP5 Trigger is compatible with the HK 91/93 and 94 type firearms and their clones.
