No, you will not need them once you follow the last step and screw down the internal locking screws located under the hammer spring legs.

Yes, it is compatible with AR10's. It uses small pins from your receiver.

I moved my trigger to a different rifle and now the trigger button swings left to right even tho I have it tightened down all the way, how do I fix it
