Are other Micro Red Dot sights compatible with this mount, or just the Trijicon RMR?

The mount is meant specifically for an RMR and will only truly accommodate a Trijicon RMR.

Yes, this should be compatible as long as you have a Novak sight cut.

Yes, according to the manufacturer, the Trijicon 1911 RMR Mount w/Integrated Night Sights are compatible with 1911/2011 model pistols but will require professional gunsmithing to install (slide machining required).

The Trijicon 1911 RMR Mount w/Integrated Night Sights will work with a Ronin 1911 9mm. However, you will need to have the slide cut by a gunsmith to fit the Trijicon 1911 RMR Mount w/Integrated Night Sights.
