Yes, the Trijicon 1x25 MRO 2.0 MOA Adj Red Dot Sight will mount to the picatinny flattop rail on your Beretta TX4 and function as intended.

What is the OD of the eyepiece? Having trouble getting flip cap from trijicon. I will try purchasing an aftermarket eyepiece from butler creek.

Trijicon does not state the OD of the eyepiece of the Trijicon 1x25 MRO. However, the Trijicon MRO Slip on Cover at the link below will work.

This version of the MRO will come with a low mount and a lower 1/3 co-witness mounts. The included mounts are not quick release.

That will depend on the height of your rail in relation to your iron sight, but The package includes the Low and 1/3 Co-witness Mounts.
