No, a lower 1/3 co-witness mount sets the centerline height at 1.6". The Troy Micro Tritium M4 Front & DOA Rear Set you are referring to has a centerline height lower than 1.4". This means you likely wouldn't even be able to see your sights when using a lower 1/3 height mount. I would recommend using the absolute co-witness mount which will result in almost an absolute co-witness. Because of the proprietary height of the iron sights you are using, you will not be able to achieve a perfect absolute co-witness.
