Yes you can, however MPN: 1900007 and MPN: 1900006 may not be the best options as the BDC is calibrated for 55gr .223 ammo.

I'm looking at the mil reticle model, but the listed adjustment value is in MOA. Does the scope really have mismatched adjustment and reticle?

No, the MIL reticle models will also have 0.1 MIL turret adjustments.

I am looking at this to mount on a .308. Is the BDC for 5.56? If so what other model 1-4 or 1-6 Trijicon should I be looking at?

This is a bdc reticle. Even tho it states the has hash marks are set up for 223 you can use a ballistics calculator to get the distances for any cartridge.
