The Trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 Scope w/ TA51 Mount with the TA11H and TA11H-G reticle are designed for 16" barrels. It will still work with your 11.5" barrel, however, the holds and hashmarks may not be accurate to your point of impact after zeroing.

This Scope is a Fixed 3.5 Power was Designed for the 16” M4. And no you can’t Zoom in with it.
