The high would be the most comfortable. If you don't mind head lean and a compromised cheek weld, the low mount may be considered.

is the Trijicon ( acog Ta44 1.5 16 compact scope) high mount the tallest mount available.

It is going to be just about the tallest option available on our website. The other mounts I could locate were all approximately between 1.65-1.7" height as well.
