Yes. The Trijicon Night Sights for Colt AR15/M16 will be able to replace the Troy Industries fixed battlesight.

That completely depends on exactly what model of iron sights you have on your MPX. These are meant for mil-spec AR front and rear sights found on fixed triangle front sights and carry handle style mil-spec rear sights.

The rear sight cannot be confirmed to fit for a fact and you will want to reach out to Leapers directly to confirm compatibility. The front sight will depend on whether your version of the Meprolight front sight will accommodate a mil-spec style front sight post.

The front sight will work, but the rear sight aperture wheel will very likely not fit the rear Magpul MBUS sight.

The front sight should be compatible, but I do not believe the rear sight will accommodate a different aperture wheel. These sights are meant for mil-spec triangle front sights and carry handle style mil-spec rear sights. You would have to verify with Magpul as to whether the rear sight will accommodate a mil-spec rear aperture wheel.

Will the front and rear sights fit a Del-Ton 556 with a flip up rear sight?

That completely depends on the style of rear flip up sight. If the rear sight uses a mil-spec style rear sight with wheel aperture then it may work, but it will depend on the style of sight.
