The Trijicon RMR/SRO Low Mount w/ Trijicon Q-LOC Technology will not work with the Trijicon MRO. You will need the mount at the link below.

How many Picatinney 'T' rails does this mount require? Would it fit on a short three rail or does it require four rails?

The Trijicon RMR Low Quick Release Mount will fit to a 3 slot picatinny rail.

Yes, this is capable of being mounted on the Desert Eagle XIX with a picatinny rail on the barrel.
