Will this mount fit TA-31RCO ACOG?

The Trijicon RMR Mount for 3x24 and 3x30 ACOG w/ Bosses will not fit that ACOG. The mount at the link below should work with that model.

Will a Aimpoint micro h-2 fit on this mount?

This Trijicon RMR Mount is not compatible with the Aimpoint Micro H-2. It is only compatible with micro-optics that utilize the Trijicon RMR footprint.

Does the rmr sight just go on the top of this mount or do I need to put the sealing plate rm63 in between the mount and the sight?

A sealing plate would still be required when using this mount if your optic has a bottom loading battery. The RM63 plate is what I would recommend using.

The Trijicon RMR Mount (MPN:AC32029) will fit the 4x32 LED ACOG with TA02 housing.

Okay so I get that the sight (rmr/sro) comes with screws to mount to this. But does this come with the screws to mount to the acog?
