Are these compatible with the M&P 40 2.0 Compact? This is not a Shield. It is the 4" bbl.

No. These Trijicon S&W M&P Shield Night Sights are only compatible with Shield Model pistols. You would need to use non-Shield sights. I would recommend the Trijicon Smith & Wesson M&P Series SA37 Night Sights, found by using the link below:

The Trijicon S&W M&P Shield Night Sights will only fit the M&P SHIELD .40, .45, and 9mm, M&P SHIELD Plus, and M&P SHIELD M2.0 models (excludes M&P SHIELD EZ Series).

These sight fits the Smith & Wesson SHIELD .40, .45, and 9mm, and M&P Shield M2.0 models (excludes M&P Shield 380EZ).
