Is this scope design for a 16” barrel on an Ar15, 556, 223

Yes. This is the same optic I used in the USMC and it's meant for 5.56mm(.223). It doesn't matter if you have a 20 inch barrel or a 14.5" or a 16". Dial it in and you're good to go.

Does this include the lugs to mount an RMR? Some pictures don’t include them.

Can I mount this with a front sight post on my weapon and can I still see and be operable?

Yes, you can use use the rijicon TA31RCO-M4 ACOG 4x32 USMC M4 Rifle Scope with a front sight post, but make sure your rear sights are out of the way while mounting.

The factory demo has been removed from packaging tested, then repackaged an sold as is in Like New condition.

Two of the pictures here have the screw holes for the ability to attach a red dot and a couple of the other pictures do not have those threads?
