No, these rails do come with hardware but proprietary hardware. Here's a link to their install instructions for reference.

Will any of these fit the 300 blackout defense pump rifle? I wanted to change out the pump grip and replace it with a vertical one.Screws 2inch apart.

There is no real way to know. These are made by Troy specifically for Troy products. This is the fit information listed on their website:

"For use on Alpha, Delta, TRX 308, TRX Extreme, Troy HK rails and T-22 Sport Chassis, M7 Uppers and M7 Kit"
