The True Precision Axiom Slide will accept all the internal parts from your P365 as well as the barrel and recoil spring. Your front sight will transfer over just fine, however, if you have an optic ready model P365, you will need to purchase a different rear sight as this slide does not uses the proprietary Sig Sauer optic cut/rear sight combo.
