What size screws to mount a 507k onto this slide? I've tried both the factory screws that came with the Holosun.

The True Precision Axiom Slide with Optic Cut for Sig P365 will need the M4x10mm screws for the Holosun 507K.

It does not include the extractor and per True Precision, 'Must use the Original style 365 Extractor. "

Can I use the iron sights, barrel and recoil spring that came with my p365 with this True precision axiom slide?

The True Precision Axiom Slide will accept all the internal parts from your P365 as well as the barrel and recoil spring. Your front sight will transfer over just fine, however, if you have an optic ready model P365, you will need to purchase a different rear sight as this slide does not uses the proprietary Sig Sauer optic cut/rear sight combo.

Is the optic cut out intended to accept the sig Romeo zero shroud along with the optic or is it intended to accept the Romeo Zero optic ONLY?

The True Precision Axiom Slide has the Shield RMSc cut will be compatible with any optic that has the Shield RMSc footprint or Holosun "K" footprint. So, you can fit optics like the Shield RMSc, Sig Romeo Zero Elite, Holosun 407K/507K, and Holosun EPS Carry.
