It does not include the extractor and per True Precision, 'Must use the Original style 365 Extractor. "

Received mine 7/22/21. Totally stripped slide just like the previous comment. However the one I received states new style extractor. I would wait until you receive it or check if OP can see their current stock, to see which extractor is needed.
