Would this work with Trijicon RMR?

The True Precision Glock 43 slides are ONLY compatible with Shield Sights RMS red dots and red dots that match that mounting pattern. These slides will not accommodate a Trijicon RMR.

No, the True Precision Glock 43 Stainless Steel Slide is cut for optics with the Shield RMSc footprint such as the Sig Romeo Zero, Hex Wasp, Shield RMSc and more.

Will the holosun hs507c sight fit on this? Do you need a mounting bracket?

The True Precision Glock 43 Stainless Steel Slides are compatible with Shield RMSc footprint red dots. The Holosun HS507C uses the RMR footprint so it will not fit the True Precision Glock 43 Stainless Steel Slide.

Will swampfox kingslayer fit on the slide?

The True Precision Glock 43 Stainless Steel Slide is compatible with red dots using the Shield RMS footprint. The Swampfox Kingslayer uses the RMR footprint and will not fit the True Precision Glock 43 Stainless Steel Slide.
