What is the gas porting for the 10.5 inch and what adjustable gas block would be a good change out?

The TRYBE Defense AR-15 10.5in 5.56x45mm NATO M-LOK Complete Upper Receiver uses a 0.750" gas block. You would need to use a low-profile adjustable block in order to fit within the handguard. I would recommend the Aero Precision Adjustable Low Profile Gas Block, which can be found by using the link below:

What buffer tube is recommended with this upper?

You can use essentially any length buffer tube as long as you use the correct buffer and spring for that tube. I would recommend a standard carbine length tube assembly like the TRYBE Defense AR-15 Carbine Buffer & Spring with tube, which can be found by using the link below:
